You email. I answer.

There's no support portal, no ticket queue and no first-line team to get through. Mail goes to me — the person who writes the code and runs the servers.

Email

Usually answered the same working day, from the Netherlands (CET). If it's urgent and production is down, put that in the subject line and it goes to the top.

What to write about

Support
Something is broken, slow, or behaving oddly. Include the project name and roughly when it happened and I can usually find it in the logs before I reply.
Migrations
Moving from Vercel, Netlify or a VPS. On Studio I do the first projects for you; on any plan I'll tell you honestly whether your setup will work here.
Feature requests
Ask. There's no roadmap committee — if it's small and useful it might ship the same week, and if I'm not going to build it I'll say so rather than leave you waiting.
Invoicing & VAT
Yearly billing, purchase orders, a single monthly invoice across client projects, or a VAT number on your receipts — all fine, just ask.
Data processing
Need a signed DPA or a subprocessor list for a client or a tender? Email me and you get it as a document, not a support article.
Security
Found something? Report it privately by email and I will confirm receipt quickly. Please give me a chance to fix it before publishing.
